Welcome to Mobile Fitness and Pilates. We are the first FULLY CERTIFIED MAT AND APPARATUS STUDIO in St. Albert. We are proud to offer a variety of specialty core training classes with some of the best instructors in and around the St. Albert area. Each of our instructors brings their own love and passion to fitness and movement. Our studio hosts Balance Body Pilates Equipment. Fully certified means you will receive the highest quality instruction and guidance for your body in movement!
We host a 1500 square foot large apparatus and TRX training studio and a 600 square foot mat yoga and pilates studio. Our studio is a bright, and energetic place to workout with top notch instructors and guidance. We offer many types of classes open to all levels, age, and fitness. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We offer a variety of options in which to take classes. Pre registration guarantees a spot in a class on a set day and time, punch card allows flexibility in the times and dates you might wish to attend, while drop in is open each week depending on availability. We offer make up sessions on pre registrations to allow clients to miss a class and still have the opportunity to make up. Make ups may be done up until the end of each session. The client, family member, or guest may join the client for a class as a make up also! Our punch cards are non expiry. Drop in is cash only.
Our massage therapist on staff is Marnie Pare. She books by appointment only. Please refer to the Massage tab at the top.
Sherri Clarke is our amazing Cart Smart Gal! She will help you learn how to successfully shop, meal plan, and eat for your goals and overall health. Please refer to the Cart Smart tab at the top.
Mobile Fitness is also a USANA distributor. We offer private consults and session related to the Usana Products.
