BENDER BALL/TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:   Bender Ball Method is designed by Leslee Bender.  The Bender Method utilizes a small little ball that supports the body to allow less stress in the neck,, hip flexors, and larger global muscles while training the core.  The Bender Method strives to use very progressive methods of core training to ensure you activate the right core muscles without over firing the global muscles.   All these classes offer PRECISE core movements that will focus on specific patterns designed by Leslee Bender.  The Bender Ball will be utilized throughout the class along with other small pieces of equipment such as the gliders and yoga balls. Core endurance and strength will be the focus leaving you feeling stronger and more connected! Groups of 8- 12 per class.

DROP IN/45 MIN BENDER: $11 PER CLASS

DROP IN/60 MIN BENDER:  $14 PER CLASS
