
Our Weight Training classes add a new twist to training. Various props and equipment will be utilized while training upper, lower, and core. Alignment, safety, and accurate precise patterns will be taught. Benches, body bars, hand weights, bosu balls, pilates circles, tubing, stability balls, thera bands, and many more small equipment pieces are utilized throughout the class allowing for variety and overload. Come join Fiona for this great one hour strength training class offered on a Thursday morning at 9:30.
