Biography:
Jennifer Protocnik is a loving and devoted wife and mother of 3, who has been in the fitness industry for almost two decades. Jennifer’s pass ion for people, flair for dance, fitness knowledge and expertise, as well as her meticulous and analytical nature, all make her an outstanding and sought after fitness professional.
Jennifer’s ability to lead people either on-on -one or in a group setting is wonderful. She is strong in her verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and technique. Jennifer has a keen ability to meet a variety of different learner needs, thus increasing participants’ self-efficacy and enjoyment.
Jennifer’s career path has taken her form a Group Exercise Instructor/Personal Trainer through to becoming a Trainer of Leaders, Fitness, Program, and Business Director, and in late 2008, the Co owner of Feel The Momentum Fitness. Jennifer has been passionately teaching and creating dance-based fitness classes as an integration of her formal dance training and fitness education.
Jennifer began teaching Pilates in 2011, and is passionate about Pilates and its necessity and benefits to participants. Come and meet Jennifer and enjoy her motivated instruction.
